Thank you so much for waiting for Burning Bridges! It took a little time and effort but we can finally resume monthly updates again.
The next update will be on 25/02/2017.

I've been lucky enough to have the time to do a 'Nuzlocke Extra'. This time it's about Falkner and about how Pokemon and humans interact in the BB universe.
The comic has room for about 3 cameos. Rules below:

Thanks so much for your support! I'm a little overwhelmed. I'm not going to select any more than the first 3 references I've been given, and if I have more room, cameos will be given on a 'I recognise you from the comments section of my comic pages' basis.

Now that Burning Bridges has updated, I've thought to celebrate again with another '8 Facts'.

===8 FACTS ABOUT DONAHUE===
1. Donahue's a half-breed. His father is a Feraligatr.
4. His sister, Dierdre, was a major part of his childhood and isn't with him any longer.
5. Donahue's not his real name.
6. He's diagnosed as dyslexic.
8. Donahue is almost incapable of lying. He is utterly genuine, says what he feels, and cares deeply about other people.

1. Donahue's a half-breed. His father is a Feraligatr.
- He never knew his parents.
- This sadly means he has NO IDEA what modern music is like.
- He just doesn't care.
3. He was trained from a young age to sing for money in the Dublin tourist area; later, he joined an illegal underground boxing ring before going straight.
- He can fight. But being a battling pokemon in Burning Bridges means memorizing and using only specific non-fatal 'Moves'. And he never learned them.
- He also doesn't hit women on principle. He'll later find out this is a stupid principle.
5. Donahue's not his real name.
6. He's diagnosed as dyslexic.
- During his time as a policeman, his paperwork was very sloppy and he has trouble focusing on things he has to read
- It means he also can't read maps. He HAS to ask for directions.
8. Donahue is almost incapable of lying. He is utterly genuine, says what he feels, and cares deeply about other people.
- He makes an exception for tourists. He will lie through his teeth to steal money from tourists.
- Because tourists suck.

1. Rapunzel is a nickname.
6. She's a romantic, and loves disney-style princesses because of her fairytales
7. Punzie's much more powerful than the average pidgey.

1. Rapunzel is a nickname.
- Donahue mentions in his phone call to Falkner her real name is Rachel Collins
- It really exists! Inside it are the stories for Rapunzel, the 12 Dancing Princesses, Koshei the Deathless, and Seigfried. All of them will be referenced in Burning Bridges.
3. Punzie is a Pavee (Irish Traveler).
4. Punzie's father isn't around. - Her family live in a caravan and travel from campsite to campsite every few years.
- She speaks several languages because of this (including some Scots Gaelic)
- She loves books but because of her lifestyle can't access a library. She reads voraciously whenever she can.
- She was raised by her mother who read fairytales to her.
- in her gijinka form, she can bare-knuckle box.
6. She's a romantic, and loves disney-style princesses because of her fairytales
7. Punzie's much more powerful than the average pidgey.
- You've already seen how she can call out a shockwave that can shatter glass
- She can also lift extremely heavy loads.

1. Moira is TERRIFIED of heights.
- This comes to bite her in the ass later on in the run.
- There are literal bridges in burning bridges, and some like Carrick-a-Rede are very VERY high up.
2. Moira can't drive
- It's why she has to do her pokemon league pilgrimage on foot... instead of driving like a proper adult trainer (Gary has a cool red convertible).
- Donahue has a valid driver's license but no money for a car.
3. Moira is named after Moira and Offred from the Handmaid's Tale, the text which I did my junior college literature thesis on.
- Del Rosso is an Italian surname, it means Of-Red.
- Like book!Offred, she's quiet and dignified. And, once you get to know her, you'll realise how opinionated and stubborn she can be.
- Her middle name is a secret, but I can tell you it's Aodhamair.

- She's an expert Sharpshooter, a Mathematics genius, and obviously, a great Violinist
- When it comes to doing something, Moira never does it halfway; she's an expert at all her hobbies out of sheer determination and endless practice.
