Phil's ref sheet

Phil's an electric kougra who got his powers from a Lab Ray accident gone wrong - he's blue when his powers aren't 'acitivated' - and took up a superhero identity to fight crime. Most of his friends think he's insane, or at least too idealistic to think he can stop crime on his own, but he likes to believe there's always room in the world for old-fashioned justice. He doesn't have a superhero name yet because "all the good ones have been taken".

Not very much about his design has changed, but I've always wanted to update a lot of the art of my pets and give them nice petpages, so I'm taking some time this holiday to finally do it. xD That, and I'm hoping to upload that old livestream request dump and update the comic soon.
