This is Mo's racing outfit, for use in official races, and when she sits in the Council of Twelve. Since she's in normal clothes most of the time, I wanted her to have something that suited the aesthetic of Dragon Booster a little better - and as an added bonus, you can see the size difference between her and Cappalug, her dragon.
